If You're Tired of Being a Hermit

Sometimes as a writer, it’s hard to find that community of other writers who really understand you. If you’re fed up with of trying to explain to your loved ones that, no, you’re not just “typing” when you’re holed away at the computer, maybe it’s time you checked out a writing networking group like the Northern Virginia Chapter of the Virginia Writer’s Club:

“The Chapter offers recurrent workshops and expert speakers that offer members the opportunity to exchange ideas and establish contact with others having similar interests. Critique groups are in the formative stages now, and we plan several new programs to bring new members into our chapter. We invite you to visit us if you are in the Northern Virginia area.”
