Why Bill Gates Hasn't Infiltrated Picture Books

As I’m rewriting parts of my novel to return my story to the technology levels of the year 2000 (FaceBook was just a twinkle in someone’s eye way back then!), it was interesting to see that children’s picture books are about as techno-unsavvy as I am in my real life.
